REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

2. Service-Based Refunds

  • Digital Marketing: No refunds once work has started
  • Website Development:
    • 50% deposit is non-refundable
    • Partial refunds may be considered if work has not progressed significantly
  • CRM Setup: Non-refundable after delivery

3. Subscription Services

  • CRM subscriptions (including Go High Level) are refundable with in 3 days of billing
  • Users may cancel anytime to avoid future charges

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • Service was not delivered
  • Duplicate payment occurred
  • Technical failure caused non-delivery

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Legal action if necessary
