REFUND POLICY
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
2. Service-Based Refunds
- Digital Marketing: No refunds once work has started
- Website Development:
- 50% deposit is non-refundable
- Partial refunds may be considered if work has not progressed significantly
- CRM Setup: Non-refundable after delivery
3. Subscription Services
- CRM subscriptions (including Go High Level) are refundable with in 3 days of billing
- Users may cancel anytime to avoid future charges
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only if:
- Service was not delivered
- Duplicate payment occurred
- Technical failure caused non-delivery
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Legal action if necessary
