ONDC is an open-source network sponsored by the Indian Government to shelter small traders from Big E-com like amazon. To register with big e-com platforms like Amazon, small business owners must maintain numerous rules and regulations and provide a fixed commission to use different services from payment gateway to delivery.

Through ONDC, the small business owners will be connected, including vertical and horizontal partners. For example, If Mr x (Buyer) wants to purchase from ONDC network, he can choose from available vendors, payment partners, and delivery partners according to his convenience; As vendors, payment partners, and delivery partners are connected through ONDC.
